China Professional Fiber Termination Box Manufacturer
The common fiber termination box is mainly used for fiber splicing, fixing, and storage; the optical splitter fiber termination box is equipped with a built-in PLC optical splitter and supports PON architecture; the high-density fiber termination box supports MPO/MTP high-density connection and is suitable for high-speed optical fiber networks such as data centers.
OUFU fiber termination box is fully completed throughout the process, from injection molding of the box body, processing of metal parts, to integration of the fusion splicer/splitter and assembly testing. Key processes (such as sealing performance and grounding protection) are 100% inspected online. The fiber termination box qualification rate remains above 99.8%.

Why Choose OUFU Fiber Termination Box
The advantages of the OUFU fiber termination box lie in its comprehensive detection, strict standards, and high efficiency. We can ensure the stability of product performance throughout the entire production and delivery process.

The fiber termination box has obtained the IP65-IP68 level certification (including high-pressure water spraying and water immersion pressure resistance tests).

For each fiber termination box equipped with an internal splitter, perform insertion loss and return loss tests.

Impact resistance test of the fiber termination box, Durability test of door lock opening and closing, Tensile test of installation fixtures.

The fiber termination box undergoes high/low temperature cycling tests and ultraviolet aging tests.
High Compatibility
The fiber termination box interface is compatible with mainstream optical fiber connectors such as SC, FC, and LC, which can be used to match your various fiber optical cables, optical splitters, and fiber patch cords, and there is no issue of equipment incompatibility.

Expansion Is Flexible
The fiber termination box is equipped with sufficient fusion splicing panels and splitter slots, supporting a flexible configuration of the splitting ratio from 1:8 to 1:64. You can add splitters at any time as the number of users increases without having to replace the box, thereby reducing the cost for later expansion.
Reduce Complexity
The fiber termination box is equipped with a layered fusion splicing panel, fiber storage slots, and an adapter management area. The fiber splicing, storage, and fiber patch cord scheduling are clearly divided into different zones, which helps you avoid signal attenuation caused by fiber entanglement and significantly improves the stability of the optical path.

Fiber counts refer to the number of optical fiber fusion splicing cores that the fiber termination box can accommodate, representing its maximum user access capacity. Common fiber counts include 12 cores, 24 cores, 48 cores, 72 cores, 96 cores, and 144 cores. Among them, 24 cores and 48 cores are suitable for residential community corridors, while 96 cores and above are suitable for commercial buildings, industrial parks, and other high-density demand scenarios.
The protection level is composed of the dust protection level and the water resistance level.
IP65: Completely prevents dust from entering, can withstand low-pressure water jets from any direction, suitable for corridors, outdoor eaves.
IP68: Completely prevents dust from entering, can be submerged in water for a long time under specified pressure, suitable for outdoor towers, underground weak current wells, and humid areas along the coast.
For indoor scenarios (e.g., elevator shafts in buildings, office building machine rooms), choose indoor fiber distribution boxes. The protection level is IP30-IP40, which is small in size, cost-effective, and no additional waterproof design is required.
For outdoor scenarios (e.g., poles, ground-mounted, open-air walls), choose outdoor fiber distribution boxes. The protection level is IP65-IP68. They are made of PC/ABS alloy or stainless steel, with anti-ultraviolet, anti-corrosion, and anti-lightning capabilities. Some coastal models also have a salt spray coating.
Wall-mounted type: Fixed directly on the wall, suitable for corridors and inner walls of machine rooms;
Post-mounted type: Fixed on utility poles or communication poles using clamps, suitable for outdoor coverage in rural areas and suburban areas.
Embedded type: Embedded in the reserved holes in the wall, saving space, suitable for high-end residential corridors and office corridors;
Floor-standing type: Placed on the ground with a base, suitable for large industrial parks and data center outdoor machine rooms.
The splitting ratio represents the number of user lines for the distribution of the main trunk signal.
1:8/1:16: Suitable for scenarios with low user density (such as rural areas, villa complexes), with small single-path optical power loss and high signal stability;
1:32/1:64: Suitable for scenarios with high user density (such as high-rise residential communities, commercial complexes), capable of connecting more users, but with slightly higher optical power loss. You need to use high-power optical modules in combination.
