GJYXCH Self-Supporting FTTH Drop Cable
The GJYXCH Self-Supporting Butterfly Drop Cable is purpose-built for the final drop section of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) networks—connecting the distribution cabinet or pole-mounted splitter to the subscriber premises. Featuring a figure-8 (“bow-tie”) self-supporting structure with a galvanized steel messenger wire and two parallel steel strength members flanking the central single-mode fiber, this cable delivers the tensile strength required for aerial span installation without the need for a separate messenger.

Integrated Self-Supporting Design
GJYXCH built-in steel messenger allows direct aerial lashing to poles or existing telco lines, cutting installation time and hardware cost.

High Tensile & Crush Resistance
GJYXCH reinforced with steel wires (messenger + side members); rated 600N short-term / 300N long-term tensile, 2200N/100mm crush resistance.
Easy Field Termination
GJYXCH flat butterfly profile with pre-molded groove enables quick jacket stripping and splicing without special tools.

Weather-Resistant Jacket
GJYXCH UV-stabilized, flame-retardant LSZH or PE outer sheath resists sunlight, moisture, and temperature extremes (−40℃ to +70℃ available).
Bend-Insensitive Fiber Options
GJYXCH G.657A2 option minimizes macro-bending loss in tight indoor routing after the outdoor run.

Compact & Lightweight
GJYXCH approx. 5.2 × 2.0 mm flat section + messenger; easy to coil, transport, and deploy in dense urban or rural settings.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The LSZH version is suitable for limited indoor routing inside the subscriber unit after entering via the drop point.
Under typical conditions with proper lashing, spans up to 50–80m are common. For longer spans, consult your structural engineer or request a heavy-duty messenger specification.
Yes — we support custom logo, fiber type marking, and meter-scale printing per your ISP/project requirement.
